For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement, or returns is subject to approval by management.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason or the product is damaged or defective, you can return your items shipped by Powermax Fitness for a prompt refund or exchange on conditional circumstances*. *Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
In case the following conditions are not met Powermax reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee or refuse the return.
How Long would it take for a Refund or Exchange shipment?
A. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. The entire amount would be refunded to your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability. c. If your order is canceled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
