1. Tackle those frown lines

•    Now tenderly move fingers outwards, applying lightweight on the skin.
•    Relax and repeat this 10 times.

2. Make a fish face

  • •    Smile while pursing your lips, and create a fish face by sucking the inside         of your cheeks into the gap between the sides of your teeth.
  • •    Perform this activity 5 times to firm and tone your lips and cheeks.

3. Make a Big O !!

  • •    Drop your jaw, open your mouth and make an O with your mouth.
  • •    Maintain this while keeping a wide grin and repeat it 6-8 times.

4. Focus on the eye wrinkles and crow's feet

  • •    Point your jawline down to your chest and make an oval with your mouth. At the same time, look upward only with the eyes, ensure you don't move your head or shoulders; you should feel stretching underneath the eye.
  • •    Hold for 3 seconds and after that crease the upper lip inside the mouth to make an "ahh" face. You'll feel a profound stretch after these steps and that is what we want!
  • •    Do it once every day, and not more than that, to avoid making your muscles overstretched.

4. Puff it out!

  • •    Puff out both of your cheeks and move the air in your mouth from one cheek to the next, 5 times.
  • •    Release the air while making a little "O".
  • •    Repeat the activity 5 times to keep your cheeks firm.

6. Curve till the end

  • •    Bend your head sideways and hold for a couple of moments to extend the muscles in your neck and after that repeat on the opposite side.
  • •    You can likewise rotate your neck in a clockwise and anticlockwise direction (5 times each) to get rid of that double chin.

7. Give your neck a stretch

  • •    Holding your shoulders down and loose, tip your jawline up to the roof until you feel a decent stretch in the upper neck and jaw region.
  • •    At that point, start making duck lips and stand apart from your tongue. Hold each of these poses for 5 seconds.
  • •    Make a point to keep your jawline extended and keep your neck rigid the entire while.

8. Bye-Bye puffy eyes

This is such a lifesaver if you’re sleep-deprived and want everyone to stop asking if you’re fine!

  • •    Place the middle fingers on the inner corners of your brows and use your index fingers to apply pressure on the outer           corner of eyebrows.
  • •    Now raise your head gradually, facing the roof.
  • •    Move your lower eyelids upwards so that you’re squinting.
  • •    Repeat 5-6 times and finish by shutting eyes firmly for around 30 seconds.

Perform these magical exercises in your spare time. And since the facial muscles are comparatively smaller, they’ll respond a lot quicker. And day after day, the results will be dramatic, giving you a pleasant surprise every time.
So, what's your opinion? This, or Botox?
