Exercise Daily is not that easy unless you have a strong desire to be a gym freak. Whether you believe astrology or not. The astrology has figured out the type of exercises that best suits your life. Astrology is quite an interesting topic and you can do regular exercises based on the types of the zodiac. In short, the moon in the sign when you born denotes the type of zodiac sign you are and it's a different topic yet.  While exercises are nothing but full of motivation and excitement, for some people doing exercise means blood, sweet and lots of tears. Some zodiac chooses indoor games and types of exercises that involve smoothening meditation while dynamic fire signs choose exercises that involve rough and touch movements. So, which one best suit you? Just go ahead.

Working out is not really a scary thing and you can soon master it over time but all you need to have is consistent, persistent and effort. The pain you put forth in the gym gets you pleasure.


Being the first sign of the zodiac, Aries people are always dynamic, fiery, attractive and crazy over things they do, especially female Aries is the most romantic and attractive of the zodiac. They are adaptable to any kind of environment; this is why Aries are those who motivate others to become successful as they are. Nevertheless, they are kind of aggressive nature and would like to release their anger and aggression in a workout. So, kickboxing is the most effective workout for them. Kickboxing let them release their aggression in a perfect manner. The blend of kick and punches is a piece of cake for them at any time.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

Unlike Aries people who are sensitive, Taurus is the one who is stubborn and comes under the sign of Bull. Taurus represents bull and hence they need exercise which involves walking and running. They are grounded and practical. So, they don't need rough kind of exercises like what Aries does. Running is a perfect exercise for Taurus as they would like to hear smoothening music while running in hill paces. This too strong and stubborn zodiac can be a marathon runner, thus they require challenges for satisfying the sign of the bull. 

Gemini (May 21- June 20)

Gemini is known for its funny and challenging speech. They are funny, witty and courageous. Sometimes they can be childish. So, they don’t need any hardcore exercise that bent their arms and knees. They need freedom in everything they do, so swimming is the ideal exercise for Gemini people. The easiness that comes with the swimming will get Gemini satisfied.


Cancers are emotional and caring people who always thinks about the welfare of others. They would like to do workouts that require strength and focus. Hence, TRX rope training is suitable for them.


Being a confident, courageous and dominant fire signs, Leo tends to enjoy activities that are hard hitting. For Leos, Tai Kwon Do is highly recommended.

Virgo (August 23- September 22)

Virgos are feminine in nature yet they are calculative and analytical type. For Virgos, yoga with pilates is highly recommended. 


Libras are caring and loving people. They like the soft approach in love and intimacy. Hence, Zumba and dancing are the perfect workouts for Libras.


Sensitive Scorpio is ruled by Mars, which gives them passion and aggression.  So, they prefer bike racing, cycling, etc.. They love the whole world of dedication, athleticism and hard work.

Sagittarius (November 22- December 21)

Being a fire sign, Sagittarius would like adventurous things. They love meeting different people, going to different places, eating different delicious foods, etc. They would freedom. Sagittarius are lucky people who would like to dominate others. This is the reason why step Aerobics is the perfect one for them.

Capricorn (December 22- January 19)

Capricorns are highly social, responsible and romantic people. These self-motivated people would prefer some difficult workout that requires full focus and determination. For romantic Capricorns, rowing would be the perfect workout as of now.

Aquarius (January 20- February 18)

Aquarius is social, loyal and extrovert people. Whatever they do, it requires a lot of thoughts and calculations. Going to the gym and communicating with others can be too easy for them. It brings the discussion into the gym. Hence, weight training is the ideal workout for them.

Pisces (February 19- March 20)

Pisces are the most sensitive and emotional of the zodiac. They live in their own world. It is not surprising to see that these people would like to connect them with their higher intelligence. So, they love the aspect of meditation, which connects their body and soul together. This way they try being happy more.
