Best Exercise for perfect legs

It is not hard to get those perfect and toned legs anymore as you just have to do some regular easy exercises to get your legs in shape and look stunning. Since it is spring now and you want to get the best look for yourself, there is no doubt that it is the most suitable timing for you to enhance the appearing of your legs.

Here is a list of some leg workouts that you need to do properly in order to give your legs an appealing look –

1. Do a 30-second workout of Plie Squat in which you have to stand straight with your feet making sure that there is a large distance than that between your shoulders. You need to align the toes outward and then put your hands on hips. Then start bending your knees until the thighs are parallel to ground after which you need to get back to the original position and do the same for 30 seconds.

2. If you are the one who wishes to get nice abs, then the Diagonal-leg exercise is your best option. You have to lie on the place allotted to you with your faceup and hands on the ground and bent knees by hips. By lifting your hips up and tucking the left foot under the right thigh with the left knee pointing to its left. Make sure to keep your hips lifted throughout the process and then bring your left knee out to left in order to untuck your foot and then slowly stretch your leg diagonally up to the left. After getting back your left foot to tuck the position and ensure that you do 20 reps. and then, switch sides and repeat the process for doing 2 sets.

3. The most preferred leg exercise for you is to do inner thigh lifts for which you need to lie on the floor on the right side. Then, with the help of your right elbow that needs to be directly under your shoulder, prop up the upper body. Bend your left leg and place it on the floor in front of yourself. Make sure to keep the right leg flexed and straight after which, slowly lift your right leg off the floor. Stop at the top of the movement and after holding for a second, slowly lower the leg back to the floor. Make sure to do 20 repetitions and then switch your sides.

4. You can also try the famous Chair exercise for 30 seconds to get the most attractive looking legs. Keep yourself straight with the feet stuck and the toes outward and do not forget to put a chair with back support on your right side. Place the right hand on the support and then slowly raise yourself up on the toes. Stay in this position for a few seconds and then get back to your starting position.

5. The Quadriceps Hip Extension with rotation is also an effective leg exercise for you. First of all, sit on all fours and then stretch the right leg until it is parallel to the floor. After you tighten the abs, draw small circles in the air with the help of your suspended feet and continue this for 30 seconds. Then, switch the sides to perform the same process for other 30 seconds as well.

Going for the option of running exercise is also a good way to give your legs a stunning look as when you run uphill and downhill, you get to work your quads, hamstrings etc. Make sure to start at a slower pace and then with time, you can eventually amp up your running speed. Do these exercises efficiently in a regular manner and you will surely get those toned and perfect looking legs.
